My first try working with TVP and I love it!!
Salt pepper veggie stock
Cook pasta. Preheat oven.
In two separate pans fry onions.
Add TVP to one pan, season to taste.
Add veggies to the other pan. Once cooked add tomato purée, water and seasoning ingredients.
Layer pasta and sauce, top with TVP and cheese, bake until cheese has desired color and consistency.
