Kartoffelgratin

cooked potatoes, about 5 large ones

1 Leek

1 Broccoli

1 Bellpepper

5 large button mushrooms

1 can of corn

1 can of peas

grated cheese

300-500 ml milk

salt, pepper, wuerzl (dried veggy stock) to taste

 

Layer vegetables with potatoes in a dish, mix spices with milk, pour over everything. Top with grated cheese, then bake at 375 F until cheese is melted and slightly golden, approximately 15-20 min.
