Lasagna

Ingredients:

1 package spelt (or other) lasagna sheets
Any vegetables of your liking, I used: broccoli, leek, bell pepper, egg plant, corn, peas, mushrooms
2 glasses of tomato purée
Grated cheese
Würzl, salt, pepper

Cut the vegetables and spice with Würzl (dry veggie stock), salt and pepper
I layered as follows for maximum veggie load: veggies, tomato purée, sheets, purée, veggies, cheese.

Bake according to description on package.
