Mediterranean Pasta Salad

Ingredients:

Cooked pasta (I like to use rigatoni)
Bell pepper
Tomatoes
Corn
Peach/pineapple
Lettuce
Walnuts/pine nuts/pistachios
Feta

Olive oil, balsamic vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper

Mix up oil, vinegar, mustard and spices into a dressing of your liking (I like lots of mustard but for others a tea spoon may be sufficient).
Pour over the rest of the cut up ingredients.
Goes well with fresh baguette.
