Prep time <5 min. Absolutely delicious!
Had my first go at them and they were delicious.
Spiced with sea salt, fresh ground pepper, garlic, nutmeg, paprika
Inspired by my neighbor’s lovely dish I had to recreate and veggify it.
Since I had some leftover beans and rice this turned into a very quick and easy fix.
Made this recipe minus the cilantro.
It was very tasty but only fresh. It doesn’t seem to keep well.
For a bit more texture I added pistachios.
Würzl, salt, pepper, Italian spice mix, balsamic vinegar, agave syrup
This sauce is very close to the bell pepper soup, just a much thicker consistancy and not as puréed.
Fry onion, garlic, and bell pepper in olive oil. Add tomatoes and allow to soften. Add tomato paste, water and spices.
