Tofu and Mushroom Wraps

Ingredients:

Tortilla
Lettuce
Grated cheese
Brown rice
Bell pepper
Firm tofu
Onion
Garlic
Cashews
Lemon juice
Agave sirup
Lemon juice
Olive oil
Mushroom
Salt pepper
Sour creme
Salsa

Boil rice according to package.
Fry onion, garlic, mushroom and tofu in some olive oil over high heat.

In a food processor, combine cashew, a bit of olive oil, a splash of lemon juice and agave juice until creamy. Mix in with the stuff frying in the pan, add salt and pepper to taste.

Put everything, including the rest of the ingredients on a tortilla. Enjoy
