Vegetable-Orzo salad

Ingredients:

Orzo
Broccoli
Bell pepper
Leek
Onion garlic
Mushrooms
Corn
(Anything you like, really)

Feta
Pine nuts
Carrots

Dressing:
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Mustard
Lemon juice
Salt, pepper

Fry vegetables over very high heat until cooked but still crunchy.
Cook orzo according to package.
Let cool, put in bowl.
Mix dressing ingredients.
Combine Vegs, orzo, feta, nuts and dressing.
